I don't believe that the prosecution has a strong enough case against milosevic, regardless of whether he is guilty or not. so far all they have is witness testimony and nothing linking milosevic to the war crimes themselves. Also, the international court does not have the authority to try milosevic because what happened in Yugoslavia was an internal affair and should be dealt with in a Yugoslavian court system.
