I was just wondering what you base your opinions on? Are you from the former Yugoslavia? How many times were you there and how many civilians did you talk to? If you base your opinions and "facts" on American media then I can not value your opion. I was in Yugoslavia in 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998...I was born there in Hercegovina. And with my relation to my homeland I still do not respect your opinion.
Milosovic should not die. He was in power and someone had to be, it does not mean he is personally responsible for the killings which went on. He is partially responsible for the fighting, but so would be anyone in his position. War makes people crazy on both sides of the line, consider that. Can one man force soldiers to do war crimes if the soldiers arent "mad"? Is it socialism you hate or war? Do you blame Bush for the death of Afganistan people and Canadians? What should we do with him? Or does democracy and capitalism save him from guilt? This is not about Milosovic...he is a scapegoat for a group of unmentionalble leaders to focus the blame of this war on someone else. Yugoslavia broke up because of the influence of western intrest to ban "communism". Unfortunatly the people of the separated provinces were left with rubble and broken dreams of what they thought they were fighting for. They are worse off now than ever in their history and a good number of civilians will tell you that. What is assumed "right" to the west does not always work around the world. So my conclution is that Milosovic should not die. This was a snowball effect that started far before he even knew.
