Clinton / NATO WRONG!
President William Clinton is in violation of the Supreme Law of the USA. Only Congress can declare war according to the Constitution for the United States of America. The NATO action is an Act of War. NATO is in violation of the United Nations Charter and the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO). NATO was formed under the auspices of, and in accordance with the United Nations Charter. The NATO Treaty applies only to the mutual defense of signatory nations if one, several, or all are attacked. The NATO Treaty forbids aggression by any signatory nation toward any other nation and specifically states that any dispute must be settled in accordance with the United Nations Charter. The United Nations Charter forbids unprovoked attack upon any nation. The United Nations Charter requires that all disputes be settled in accordance with the procedures outlined in the United Nations Charter. Article 51 of the United Nations Charter stipulates that Yugoslavia/Serbia has the right to defend itself against the unprovoked attack by NATO and United States forces. Don't believe it? Stop William Clinton's illegal genocidal attack and ethnic cleansing of the ethnic Serbs of Sovereign Yugoslavia by the NATO NAZI SS. The Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) is a drug smuggling, criminal, Marxist terrorist rebel force which has risen up against the lawful elected government of Yugoslavia!
There were NO refugees until the NATO NAZI SS began bombing!
